Rhody Elzaghal, New Victims' Advocate
Effective July 1, 2009, Kids' FIRST and Womenspace, in collaboration with Siuslaw Outreach Services and in partnership with the Florence Police Department, will have a part-time victim’s advocate, Rhody Elzaghal, located in the Florence area to serve the Western Lane County community to provide support for victims of child abuse and child witnesses of domestic violence, along with their non-offending parents.
Ms. Elzaghal is available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and as well as by appointment. She will be working out of the Florence Justice Center to work with Siuslaw Outreach Services and other community agencies to link clients to essential resources.
