Need good mechanic

We are new to the area (Deadwood) and are looking for a reliable mechanic. The car needing attention now is an older model Buick with low miles that the service engine light keeps coming on. If anyone knows of a great, reasonable mechanic, please share! Thanks, Donna

Florence RV does my car mechanicing and I'm happy enough with them. I think I've had various cars to every mechanic in Florence at some point or other. For electrical, you definitely want to take it to ACR. Tony is good and reasonable. Paul Potter is good and sometimes works with people on financing. Derek is a good mechanic too although I never know where he is. He used to work at Knects, maybe still does. Maybe your car just needs the 60,000 mile check? That's all mine needed a few months ago. They did around $100 worth of routine maintenance, reset the light, and it was good to go.

Thank you Sandy! We did find a mechanic we all liked in Junction City. We are in Deadwood so it is as close as Florence is. I will keep your recomendations for future reference.
